Travel Design: the background
Marianna has been immersed in the world of travel since 2006 (even earlier if we count her academic background). She began her journey in a travel agency, gained experience with a tour operator, lived in a resort village in Tunisia, and eventually set sail on cruise ships—where, amidst countless voyages, she met Ruggero.
When she thought it was time to slow down a bit, she was able to open her own travel agency, thanks to the Technical Director certification she earned with great determination eight years ago.
Specializing in tailor-made travel came naturally to Marianna because she believes every traveler is unique. To her, a journey should reflect the traveler’s style, pace, and preferences, turning it into a truly personal and unforgettable experience.
She has in-depth knowledge of Australia and the Pacific Islands, South America, the Caribbean, North Africa, Kenya, the Indian Ocean, the Mediterranean, and Northern Europe. Over the years, she has crafted countless itineraries across Asia, Japan, and South Africa. Thanks to the creativity of her travelers, she has brought to life extraordinary experiences—from swimming with sharks in Australia to attending yoga retreats in Bali and exploring Indonesia’s most pristine coral reefs.
Today, she continues her journey across the United States and Canada, exploring this incredible part of the world on the road and becoming an expert in the region, discovering stunning accommodations for those dreaming of a truly special experience.
